Super helpful. I have a habit of working out too hard. It feels so good when I am working out but when I come down from the workout I feel beyond tired. And I start waking up at midnight and can’t go back to sleep.

Also something I've noticed with myself is that it's a 2 steps forward 1 step back process. I think she's in the 1 step back and she just needs to keep at it until this passes. Then her body will start advancing again and she'll feel good. It's almost like little test periods that, if you keep at it, you pass and progress then continues.

Wants to lose bodyfat but refuses to count calories in anyway. Hmm..what could the issue be here? LOL I think that using "eating disorder" as an excuse to avoid any sort of calorie tracking is a bit disingenuous . Just because you get a rough estimate of how much you're consuming, it doesn't mean that you're contributing to an eating disorder. **In fact you'll actually cause an eating disorder constantly yoyo'ing food intake never knowing any specifics. So having focus to dial in makes the eating more structured and prevents a disorder. I mean tracking a calorie is the same as tracking a gram of protein.

All that body fat testing is similar to the reason for her not tracking calories... I like Sal's point on that - spread those scans out and focus on the process over the outcome.

She's probably under eating and over training. I was guilty of that. Eating more carbs around my workout makes a difference, upping calories in general helps!

Help, doctor gave my iv injection twice a day for a week (antibiotics), so I can't lift weights because of iv catheter is in my hand and I can't hit my daily steps for 160 calories, please I don't want to gain weight, I worked so hard to loose weight

If you can’t stay as active as you were just eat commensurately less and keep protein up. When you go back to the gym you’ll regain all your muscle and strength rapidly :)

Maybe she is overtraining and then from exhaustion like she said, and then she is overeating to compensate 🤔
