the second pastor is innocent.. itw as an accdient made by the white lady and brought in the bad cops.

The lady yelling “You’re in a Church!” Isn’t gonna do anything. If there was an actual problem (even thought there wasn’t) the cop would have needed to run into the church. And the lady had no idea what was going on.

Just a tip from a friendly watcher, would give us closure to know if when they sue departments if they win and get compensated or any information after. Great channel by the way

The title is confusing because on the first one you’re saying the cops were the angrier ones using “excessive force”.
@Sater1095 ай бұрын
Its ridiculous what passes as “excessive force” for some people...... All i see is a typical arrest here....... And the audacity to blame the cops for "escalating"...... Bruh.
@StonedCabbage5 ай бұрын
@Sater109 they did escalate it. Little revenue agent should've got back in his car and drove away, not abuse his power. Arresting someone for "disturbing the peace" which did not happen. What happened is his little punkass ego got hurt and he thinks he can arrest whoever he wants. There's a reason the case got dropped and they are allowed to file a lawsuit
@Sater1095 ай бұрын
@@StonedCabbage if screaming slures at full volume in the middle of the streets isnt a "disturbing Peace" then i dont know what is buddy...... offending police officers on duty as well as any officials is also a criminal offence...... Saying that he should just let it go and drive away is like saying that they should do the same if they witnessed someone making a graffiti on someones wall...... this isnt how policing works The case could have been dropped for thousends of reasons other then fault of police officers..... from crime being to petty to cops involved not wanting to bother with hearings. And if that moron wants to sue then i tell you buddy he has no legal leg to stand on.
@StonedCabbage5 ай бұрын
@Sater109 the moment you said he was screaming slurs you were wrong. Calling someone a tyrant is not a slur, he should have just said something smart back and been on his way but again his ego got hurt. That's someone who shouldn't be working in law enforcement. End of story. Comparing what the pastor did to spraying graffiti is probably the dumbest analogy I've ever heard. Freedom of speech is nothing similar to property damage, that was silly you even thought that.
@Sater1095 ай бұрын
@@StonedCabbage There isn't such a thing in law as "book of punishable slurs" according to law anything can be considered a slur as long as its intended to be used as one and if you thing that wasn't the intention of this moron then you're simply blind...... and im not even mentioning the f bomb here...... But of course you're just one of those people who will twist the story in any way just to make police look bad in your eyes so i guess im throwing my words at the wall.....
@interestedparty89426 ай бұрын
Conscience? No. The most direct answer to the issue of law enforcement violations is that we, as the public, have allowed this to develop. We pay our most needed public servants the least and expect top-dollar qualifications and performance while the best flee to more ambitious positions for which they are more than qualified.
@joenunes62675 ай бұрын
The police are definitely needed. They actually make very good money and sadly, don't uphold their Oath or protect the community anymore.

At some point Americans should realize they live in a police state, thanks to politicians on both sides of the aisle. If you want to change the law in your state VOTE!! Your state level representative is more accessible and more accountable than federal representatives. The same goes for City Council and County Comissions. Take back your government!!
@RespectfullyImNotReadingThatBS3 ай бұрын
Vote for who? Both sides support this type of policing. You guys have good ideas in theory but MANY of us have already realized we live and have lived in a police state since 2001 and maybe before

It’s far from me to defend religious authority without reason, but the first two were totally unwarranted. The first one was definitely a dick, but broke no real laws before being chased inside (where he was told to go). It was definitely escalated by the cop who decided to engage after already about to get into his vehicle. And the second one was understandably combative since he was only fulfilling his promise to a neighbour. And I feel like if the neighbour who reported him took more than two seconds to look to see who it was instead of thinking “Oh! A black man in my neighbours yard, I don’t like that!” the situation could have been entirely avoided.

I don’t believe in god either, but some of the most stellar people I know are Christians, Muslims, whatever. You don’t have to freak out and be angry, it just reflects poorly on you.
