You could tell the one paramedic in the first video that said he was dead was pissed! Knowing the officers were making jokes and laughing and didn't make any attempts to make sure he was okay until the ambulance got there. Plus I'm sure he knew nothing was going to happen to any of the officers when they basically killed an innocent person who was mentally unstable and required medical assistance. What makes it even sadder is the fact he called the police himself in hopes to get some help but ended up being murdered smh
