How important is your PTA project now, Linda? If even world-famous superstar Madonna can be forgotten within her lifetime, maybe that PTA project might not send your life tumbling if it's not done perfectly. Enjoy your people.

Praying to our Lord and meditating on one of the thousands of wisdom nuggets in the Bible is my solution. I can’t help but feel total peace communicating with our loving God. Also puts me right back to sleep when I awaken during the night. I enjoy your channel very much. I like and agree with your point of view. And you have valuable knowledge and advice. Thank you!

True, but since retiring, I spend too much time on KZfaq, mindlessly scrolling. Oh, love the mismatched earrings. Sometimes when I am making jewelry, I use the same stones, but reverse the order, etc. ;)

Absolutely spot on! I walked away from a CEO role earlier this year to do…nothing. Absolutely nothing. For me. Until last week when I started working for a charity. A few months off to think things through and I already feel more like me.

The revamp queen went too far as now she's unrecognizable! But excellent point, Diana. She ruled for so long, and to become 'unforgotten in her lifetime' has got to be tough on her. Good example of not paying attention to your life right now. Times change. We change even if we fight it. I agree. Staying current with yourself and your inner circle is of the utmost importance. Madonna is a good example to reflex on. 👍

Ok, it's true that it won't matter years later, but this doesn't help you overcome overwhelm if you really want or need to get something done.

Yeah sure, why not? It's a quick way to learn that you can be the best in your field and still you have no control on how people perceive that, so let's not bother with that.

I wonder how old you are? Whether you like Madonna or not, if you were a kid in the 80’s or 90’s you must know how huge she was. When she came out with Like a Virgin and Lucky Star, she was absolutely IT! She’s an archetype for goodness sake.

Definitely!! …why in the world not?!? She was outstanding in the 80s and 90s: talented, built gorgeously, dramatic, ICONIC, and with lots of different looks and sounds that she absolutely nailed! So, again, …why not?? 🤔

Yes the message is that she was the most famous person on the planet, and it was fleeting. Everything is fleeting so enjoy the moment. It's not really about "Madonna" per se.
