Hello gunjan i am someone who is kind of overweighted and recently moved to us because of life style and strees i have gained weight recently took an initiative to join gym and there is no fixed coach there since it is a college gym for now i am doing a 50 goblet squads,50 leg press and 50 of other keg workout and I'm focuisng more on legs is it ok to do it on daily basis will i loose weight and i also club it uo with 30 minutes cardio and other belly and arm workouts please guide since I'm a beginner

Intemrittent fasting is harmful. Recent researches have shown that it has increased the incident of sudden cardiac death alot. In many countries it is getting banned. Please read some articles about it. Do exercises rather than fasting.
