I faithfully watch her videos! I had acl reconstructive surgery in January and all of these videos really show me different workouts. My leg is slowly getting stronger! My go to girl!

I just did this workout and combined it with your at home bands workout. I used the bands to warm up as finish off. KILLER!! I watch and follow many fitness gurus and I just found you recently but I will say you're my fav. You're the most relatable and your personality and so fun! every day before the gym i watch a video of yours (of the muscles im doing that day) and i pause the video, take pictures of each workout and have it on my phone as a refresher at the gym. ILY!

First time doing a Whitney workout! I've been watching for weeks and incorporated some stuff but I'm a beginner. I'm too scared to squat at the gym but today I did this at home. Used my kettle bell. My hamstrings are burning!! Thanks for your guidance and inspiration!!

When I lifted weights at my high school, they were so critical of our squat form!! Everyone had to be the same, and I ended up not going on back and front squat days (so sad, i know) because it would hurt my lower back, even with very low weight! I had no idea that it could be my body shape!! I will try to repostition my feet and hips to find what works best for me. I'm glad I have you by my side, Whit!! Much love ❤️❤️❤️
