ACCEPTANCE IS BEING COMFORTABLE BEING UNCOMFORTABLE. All Symptoms you feel Mentally and physically are just a Symptoms of Anxiety. ACCEPT AND EXPECT it. if you practice and dont fear the Anxiety Sensation. you will beat all manifestations of Anxiety.

Acceptance works, it’s jus that accepting 100% is hard to learn to do and takes practice. One of the things Claire Weekes said that makes sense, “Strength is not born from strength. Strength can be born only from weakness. So be glad of your weaknesses now, they are the beginnings of your strength.”

I've had anxiety off and on for over 9 years since I was a kid. One thing I noticed from my prior experience with death anxiety was that when anxiety goes away you won't even realize it until you look back late on and are like"hey that anxiety has been gone for a long time" once the symptoms are gone you'll just be living life like normal again without worrying about it you won't even notice it immediately. So long as your reminding yourself of it and checking in you won't fully recover. Like Shaan said, allow it but just live your life normally and it will subside

What about trying to make the symptoms stronger. If you feel dizzy or your heart beats fast tell it to make it worse. Sometimes paradoxical intention can make the symptoms go away as opposed to running or just sitting with it.

I struggle with severe health anxiety, specifically thinking everything is cancer. I rack up unnecessary medical bills to get my brief reassurance. I can go weeks without an issue but as soon.l as I find something I can go from0 to 100 in a matter of minutes. Those episodes are what I can’t seem to have control over. I’m hoping to find someone who has found ways with coping with it with out an underlying money plan.

I also deal with health anxiety (currently in remission). Any pain in any particular area would either meet a cancer diagnosis or Tumor or diabetes. Finally I was dead sure I'd have diabetes as juice smelled like honey 🍯 causing my first heart attack (which later turned out to be "just" a panic attack).

My anxiety is constantly triggered by my adolescent, who has caused plenty of issues. As soon as my nerves settle, he triggers me, and I'm back in the rabbit hole. Sometimes I think the only way to get some rest is to leave my own house or to wait until he reaches the age of 18.

I've been working on this but the hardest part is when you get the jolt throb brains zapps in the back of the head that to shoot up or down for an instant second. When they happen they're small or they're very big and it literally throws me forward a little those are the only things that keep triggering the anxiety for me and have trouble accepting and not resisting after everything else I'm getting better on

I’ve read, that we have to retrain the brain. The amygdala learns by behaviors. The frontal cortex sends signals to the amygdala. It remembers responses. Even if you feel shitty, put on a smile and do what you want to, but do it without judging your symptoms. I totally get it, it’s hard to enjoy yourself when you feel bad.

I had the same problem!! I played Resident Evil 7, There were gory scenes with blood, and I could not go past it, I had panic attack every time those scenes came up, What I did was, I played it anyway, I accepted the fact that I will panic a lot, But really playing through it made me less and less anxious, and when I reached at the end of the game, I had no longer video game anxiety

He is giving good advice in his videos. Coaching is just for someone who wants a cheerleader. You're the only one that can get yourself out the anxiety rut. If you want it broken down read Claire Weekes Hope & Help For Your Nerves. Barry McDonagh also has a similar book called DARE which he makes a formula for dealing with anxiety.
