I think most people in the comments don't realize how strong she actually is, muscle ups, front levers and handstand pushups feels like something literally impossible to do when you start. Fortunately it's not the case but they do take consistency so props to her

@@mariuxxxx1Literally, shut tf up, you ever seen a girl do a muscle up or even dips w/o a band? No. That doesnt happen in a real world. So either you are dreaming ab fit women everyday or you dont realise the genetic difference between men and women.
@matsimurf_59008 ай бұрын
@@pibun3043What don't you get about deciding for people that they can't understand how strong she is because they are less experienced?
@matsimurf_59008 ай бұрын
Op, you just don't know what most of the comment section think, but no, she isn't actually that strong. She has excellent natural bodyweight balance, light legs reduce torque too, and so make handstand pushups, pullups, muscleups, levers and side levers much easier, especially when you spend your entire life doing ab exercises. Also, her side lever is not a proper side lever as her legs aren't together. The only thing you got right was her consistency of practice but otherwise, it's mostly natural physical aptitude from having the correct body type/weight balance. Finally her "calisthenics strength" doesn't transfer to lifting as well as you might think.

I think access to a decent calisthenics park (and regular good weather) makes a big difference as well. Especially if there is a bit of a community to keep you motivated
@mariuxxxx18 ай бұрын
yes and no honestly i prefer to train alone it's just your mindset msot of the time you don't even need park start at home
@ho11owbone8 ай бұрын
I agree. there isnt any community exercise areas in my town, not even a single pull up or dip bar. if you want to get fit you have to pay for a gym membership, which is probably (part of) the reason most people are out of shape.
@hollownexus93168 ай бұрын
@@ho11owboneyou know you can be fit without calisthenics. A gym membership isn't stopping people getting healthier either.
@fugu41636 ай бұрын
When the weather are cold and rainy i skip the gym and train in my livingroom instead.
@unknowns786 ай бұрын
@@ho11owboneSorry but that's an excuse. You don't need the gym to be fit (not talking about calisthenics jusst in general) Literally going on a walk or jogging are super effective for being fit and you can do that just by going outside. Quite a lot of calisthenics also doesn't need equipment (Look up Calisthenics workouts without equipment) If anything buying paralletes is probably the best calisthenics investment. (Some are quite expensive but not all and even if you buy an expensive one or a bundle it's still cheaper than the gym in the long run) Look up "The Jacked Vegan" he has tutorials on what to buy but if you are a beginner just work on doing the exercises without equipment. A gym is cool and can help you with strength building especially because of all the machines and it can motivate you. But it's an excuse to say that you need a gym to be fit.

I thought u would cover why some people don't progress like others. I've been training calisthenics for two years now and my muscle up is as that of someone who just learned it, I'm progressing but too slowly, I think it's because of the fact that i weight between 85 and 90 kg. people who weight less than 65 kg r the fastest to progress according to what i saw during my experience

Even now, I'm working on the Iron Cross, which I've yet to see a female do. If you need inspo, here's a list of 17 women you could follow: summerfunfitness.com/best-female-calisthenics-athletes/ If you start training, you will help to increase the number of females doing callisthenics, and thus be a role model for others and help to continue to grow the sport!
