Ok, you need specifics, i got specifics. I gotta poo so head to the toilet, where i proceed to get three or four nice solid healthy turds out. Then the last turd is at my bumhole wanting to come out, but it feels like simce there's nothing behind it to push it along, it won't come out. Usually i can sit there for an extra five minutes pushing little by little and finally get it out. It's usually just a small piece, like the back end tip was pinched off too soon. Sometimes i can't get it out at all. Why won't the entirety of my last turd come out? Why do i have to work it out?

I took a nursing anatomy class and we cut this guy up until he fit in a coffee cup. Everybody's intestines are set up different. If I have a giant liquid bowel movement I can push all I want and the rest won't come out. I stand up I sit down I stand up I sit down I stand up I sit down. This suggests to me there are three loops in my lower bowel that are filled with liquid and can't contract enough to lift that liquid over the lip of the bowel in the seated position. When I stand up things change enough that the liquid comes over the edge and runs down into the next pocket. When I have a huge liquid bowel movement I do the stand up routine three times then I sit and push the rest out. Then I do the stand-up routine again three times and I sit and if nothing comes out I know it's all gone.

Sir I am constipated for about 8 days now And when i try to push mu self hard it only hurts I feel like the poop in in my rectum but wont only go out of my anus I took a dulcoflex last week And i was suffering from a painful hypoxia And nice yesterday i started taking milk of magnesia which I wound out works as a lexative But that is not helping as well I am not starting to get headaches What should I do
