Can you twist an Oreo cookie apart in a way that the creamy center separates evenly on both wafers? 🍪🥛

I prefer an Oreo that does not split evenly. Splitting evenly seems a quality defect to me, wondering if more people think that 😅

I have seen that almost all cream cookies don't separate evenly! We always get one without the cream! I never thought about why it happens? Thank you for explaining the process.

I wonder what happened to those Oreos 😝. If it was me I would have eaten up those Oreos while doing this process itself. That's why I love food science. You get to enjoy free food🤪

What first world problems. A video that is half a year old filmed in summer at 24°. Why not eat the two halves together? The point of a sandwich is that you don't get to touch exposed cream and smear it on your fingers and mouth. I think you can damage a microwave oven if you run it empty.
