Excellent video and, on a personal note, you’ve actually helped me to remind myself just how hellish I felt only two short weeks ago. One of my challenges is remembering how bad it was. You’ve done an amazing job on yourself. Well done. Day 15 for me. Not a wobble. This is it for me this time. 100% committed. Thank you for helping me get back on track.

For what it is worth, i believe if you walk your own path & listen to your own body (Much easier to listen on Carnivore than anything else i ever tried)...then there should be no reason your relatives early passing should have any correlation to your own life experience. Doctors often say differently but to me it seems most times a family pattern continues it is because nobody truly stepped out of that pattern and insisted on living (eating) a completely different way regardless of what anybody thought about it.

@@MikeC77 I hope it’s true! Thanks for the encouragement! I’m currently traveling, I’ll talk about it in my next video, and I’m finding there are sometimes some challenges. But they are easier to deal with being carnivore than any other diet I’ve been on.

I'm 28yo and I was almost 240lbs in March and made the decision to lose weight. I lost about 30lbs just by walking every day and eating better. I looked more into the carnivore diet and started it last Thursday. I've lost 3lbs already and am down to 205lbs now. A huge goal of mine was to get back under 200lbs but now doing the carnivore diet, I can't wait to see more weight shed off me. It is insanse to see how HUGE my wedding suit is on me now. I appreciate your video and it insures me more that I'm making the right decision to keep with carnivore.

For me it's like that: even if it's gonna shorten my life by few years, i'm still gonna do it because few more years while suffering on a "normal" diet is not worth for me.

I recently started my channel becouse i messed around with keto and acrnivore to see if it will help with my ADHD. Carnivore is doing more than help, it slowly taking it away. My depression and anxiety has gone away. It just keeps getting better and better and i need to spread the word in hopes my loved ones will see it and try and anyone else out there who is suffering.

You might want to delve further into why carnivore helps with mental disorders such as ADHD with the hypothesised link to glutathione and NAC. Many people reporting supplementing with NAC helps them even more. Also creatine to increase ATP, which the carnivore diet does naturally through eating more red meat but many people can handle more creatine than they eat and it's very cheap. Bonus it helps with exercise too.

How are your potassium and magnesium levels? Electrolytes exist in a balance and can throw each other off. This is something you should see a doctor about in case there is something else at play. In the meantime you could experiment with adding a small amount of fruit such as a serving of blueberries to your diet to see if it fixes it. If so it's then up to you if you're happy to keep doing that or if you'd rather explore other options such as supplements. But see a doctor.
