I’m wondering…why is data showing that more people in western countries have IBS compared to the rest of the world?
Was it always like this and now we’re just reporting it more? Does it have to do with our modern food systems? Let me know what you think in the comments below!👇

Processed foods with dyes, sugars, and gmo's. This is by design. My IBS is actually celiacs, which is an allergy to glutrn protein.
