They aggravate my diverticulitis and my IBS. 🤗 tomato seeds are the worse. As well as hard peel on veggies like cucumbers etc. I have to de seed everything before eating

My husband has this, and even had to have part of his colon removed. It is the small nuts and things but mostly not drinking enough water. My husband stocks his diet witha lot of veg. Lots if water.
