Stormcloaks>Imperials since 2011

For me I have 2 big reasons I am a stormcloak through and through. These two reasons always stump imperials and make them go, oh. NO1 If the stormcloaks win, they and Hammerfel can unite to push out the thalmor. If the imperials win skyrims people will be broken and weak, talos will also weaken. And if the imperials win they have no allies because they betrayed them all. They will continue waiting for yet another 20 years. Skyrim will become a high elven slave state just like cyrodil. NO2 If Ulfric is a thalmor asset then the imperials are more so. The imperials are the thalmors bitches, rather than allies. Cowards who run wherever the thalmor point. The only reason the thalmor won the great war was because of vaeminas orb. Now its the time for the imperials to turn around. To tie both points together the thalmor have even written ''A stormcloak victory is also to be avoided', thus because of the word also the imperials are an asset too because they don't want the imperials to win either. ' the only difference between the stormcloaks and imperials winning is that the stormcloaks stand a chance with Hammerfel and other allies that the imperials should they win would not have becuase they betrayed them when they abandoned them.

The stormcloaks will rebuild skyrim, then restore the empire to the way it should have been.

The Thalmor are using the WGC to bolster a large enough force in Skyrim while idiot Tullius holds the door open for them. The Thalmor are conquering Skyrim the exact way they did Valenwood

The thing is, The Emperor tried to just give half of Hammerfell to the Aldmeri Dominion after denying their initial demands and getting dunked on. Like, that's like a US President giving quite a few of their states up to Russia because they almost got demolished. I can't support that, tbh.

Having a leader like Ulfric will be much better for Skyrim. Most skyrim citizens will help the stormcloaks after the empire loses. Also, the God of war, Talos, will surely be on their side. Ulfric knows for a fact that the Falmor aren't making any moves soon, which is true, and thats why they wanted the war to go on longer. The biggest threat is the Empire sending a second army, which only proves how power hungry they are and how little they care about the people of Skyrim. They're willing to fight and invade again just to keep their.. Dominion over it. Having one of the Grey-Mains held and tortured by the thalmor was enough for me to know that the legion is evil. Even more so once I saw how much they have betrayed and lied to Ulfric, their second strongest man in Skyrim (politically), and a man who may have "cheated" to defeat Torygg, but who else has the power to shout? Shouldn't a ruler have a trump card like that in their pocket? Skyrim will have a strong, fighting high king who hesitated to even attack whiterun, he mourned having to do that, so much so that he had to be encouraged and reminded how much this war needed to happen.

I agree, back in 2011 I used to side with the Empire because they looked like Romans. When I got into the lore a few years back, my allegiance shifted to the Stormcloaks and I usually always side with them and am usually a Nord. The only disadvantage is making Balgruuf sad. On the other hand, I also really like the Aldmeri Dominion, when I play as a high elf I sometimes sympathise with their just hate for Talos seeing what he did to their homeland. (I don’t play as a high-elf often in Skyrim. But I do have allegiances with the First Aldmeri Dominion as I play as my main character is a High Elf in ESO.) Just a quick note: The First Aldmeri Dominion in ESO (2nd Era) isn’t necessarily bad either, I think a few people assume it to be like the Third Aldmeri Dominion in the 4th Era.

Yeah it's common sense when you dive deep into the lore. The Empire already lost, they are basically the thalmor's militia. Plus in game benefits are way better. Empire just pays more. No more thalmor randomly attacking you, and Talos shrine in solitude. Lore wise seems better as well a united Skyrim that's free.

Talos is taking belief from Lorkhan, the being that created Nirn. Talos is being put at a higher level of worship than Akatosh who is most likely Lorkhan impersonating Ariel. The Empire is why every man on the continent is no longer in chains. But you'd actually have to have a working knowledge of the whole picture of elderscrolls. This video only makes sense because you're looking at it from the microscope of just what's been going on in the 4th era. You need to look at Talos himself. He basically tells the Nerevarine that he hates his life and being a god. Suggesting that a change might be needed. The events that created Talos revolve around murder, deception, and working with the false tribunal to achieve what he did. Talos is the only god who doesn't follow the normal pattern for how mortals achieve divinity. For all intents and purposes Talos is the only demon that could be in the universe. And the only thing that will ever protect the interest and freedom of men in Tamriel is and Empire with a Dragon at its center. And the dragon born is gonna give his throne to Ulfic?
