As a petite average wearer, I think trying this style cap will hopefully be a good choice!

She's lovely very natural caps too small for me I know you can get the wefted cap but wish the hand tied was a bit bigger 💖

I got Simmer Elite hand tied, and it's too small for me (22.5 circumference)

100% hand-tied caps are more snug than mono top or any cap with wefted sides/back. With a 22.5" you'll have trouble with any of the brands fully hand-tied caps. You can maybe wear the regular Simmer, and with the wefted sides and back, if it is still too snug, you can at least modify that cap construction to fit.

Is it very highlighted?

There is a pale ash blonde highlight in the color along with a honey blonde. You can see the color in different lighting in the video and the highlights show more in some lighting, and less in others🩷🩷
