Did you guys see the defense attorney (Flack?) who used his 200k RICO bond amount to get her clients Bond lowered? I could not stop laughing.. The prosecutor said that she wanted to remind the court that he wasn't a violent gangster and the defense attorney disagreed. "I think that's questionable judge." 😂😂😂 I actually have it. I just have no memory of how to send it to Mike.

💯 Do they think they sound believable? Maybe it’s a random judge thing……some probably automatically give a woman the TPO against a man, no questions asked. I find her completely incredible & insufferable! She’s happy to deny her 16 year old daughter a relationship with a man who’s helped raise her for 15 years, because she’s angry & ignorant.

I can understand her point of view though. I don’t how old she is but if they got together when she was younger, she could just be seeing a pattern of grooming behavior. Yes, the daughter sees him as a father and he seems like a solid father figure but when you see how people can be you can’t unsee it. It’s not great for her case that she takes the help like the ps4 and such but I can see the anxiety fueled action if she is seeing the grooming behavior depending n their history

How could you deny that? Insane. We talk about men not stepping up and here you have one who is and you want to stop it. Mind blowing. As long as the messages are appropriate then I would not have an issue.

OMG!!!! Mr Montgomery has been treating a child not his as a daughter by sending her money and rewarding her good grades. As a reward for doing what a lot of actual fathers are not doing, the vindictive mother drags him to court. That's really disheartening.

My daughter's had a step dad for several years once we divorced he was just gone. My current husband loves those 3 daughters and our son the same. I often joke that if anything ever happened between us they would go with him lol. That's not going to happen 13 years in of course lol.

Why does it matter what he gives your daughter and why would you expect him to give you any additional money? It’s very important for your daughter to grow up with a male figure in her life. I don’t think Moms realize just how important a girl needs that! Let them be! Pray he teaches her what to expect from these young boys and what not to tolerate. Sometimes it’s not all about you!

Mr. Montgomery seems like he's trying to do right by this child, who isn't his biologically. Hes tryign to make sure she gets good grades, shes proud of her and wants her to have as good of a life as he can help her to have. And this lady trying to give him hell in court. Good for him in having receipts. I hope in a couple of years the daughter reaches back out when she's 18 and have the father figure back.

I think it really was a typo! He was saying “you mean I hit you?” Her message was a full sentence with no typos and makes sense (you me I hit you doesn’t make any sense). I think they were both just as violent, I believe she is using the TPO to keep him from the child, she said MULTIPLE times that she plans to keep the child from him. Parental alienation is a crime, and the victim is the child. She is hoping the TPO will help her in a custody hearing down the road.

That mom was just upset that he wasn't trying to get back with her. It was ok to receive the money as long as it was coming to her, but once he didn't respond to her, she got petty. Good god, the Montgomery case ripped my guts out. My sister has an ex-husband who has known my niece (her daughter) since she was 4 and loves her daughter very much. If my sister did this to him, I'd never forgive her. He's always been there if she needed him. He's a good man and they have a great relationship. My niece is 30 now and he's still a part of her life. She should have been sanctioned - this is baseless and she knows it.

I understand protecting her daughter if it’s needed but I know a lot of women that really all they care about is getting back at their ex. It’s a shame if there is a good relationship between him and his step daughter. Now it’s stopped. Sad all around.

I have LTWM in the background as I work. I hear, "Awww, that's awesome" come from Mike. I look up, rewind, and see a viewer is working on becoming a paralegal and thanking Mike for his channel and the encouragement they get from watching it. Mike's sincerity is why I love this channel. I truly believe that he is humbled by and finds joy in the fact that he has made a difference in the commenter's life.

That judge has a patient of an angel. If that man doesn't know how to share stuff, then he shouldn't be bringing it up because we don't want to see all his pictures. He should have got those printed and turned them to the judge so we don't have to go through all this.

A couple things that have occurred to me and completely off the subject from the video. Something about Mike's customary greeting of "hello, hello, hello" brightens my day every time. Secondly, that his greeting has rubbed off on me and I find myself using it with others lately

Cynthia Stodghill ought to be ashamed of herself, and should be awarded the title bad mom. I’m not a women but I would image most pray to god for a man to care for a child that’s not their own like this guy did. No evidence of violence, only evidence of care and concern. Amazing
