炒功一般,主要是直接把鍋整個抬起來顛的次數太頻繁,很傷手腕。如果是貼著爐子的邊(面向廚師凸起來的那塊鐵)顛勺對手腕負擔比較小一些,而且更省力。

It's much more affordable to have a skillet style than a Wok Cooker - I do not like this skillet technique at all reminds me of a Diner in USA making hash browns and pancakes - the wok is the only way to go.

Hello, I Own 6 Woks this wok is 14 inch or 36cm and probably 1.0 or 1.2 thick no more than 2.5lbs. These are Standard for True Woking although I prefer a 16 inch . Some brands are 1.5 inch and weigh over 4lbs much to heavy for flipping etc but they are very good for stationary cooking.

Authentic Chinese Fried Rice nor Fried Noodles SHOULD NOT have frozen corn and diced carrots in them.
