Correction: our finnish saunas are heated with firewood, not coal. Coal burns too hard and doesn't give the sauna its distinct burnt wood aroma (also coal dust is much more a pain in the ass to deal with than ash). You're welcome to fly over and use mine any time. We can trick in the garden and then, uh, get pumped and s-s-stretch in the sauna, you know, like in a tricking gathering, very straight male activities, I promise.

Nice video :). I am from Finland, and we go in the sauna at least once a week. The sauna temperature is at least 212 ° F 100 ° C. 110-120 ° C is good. If you are not afraid of dying from the heat it is not a sauna. In winter, after the sauna (10-20 min.) We dive into ice-cold water in a hole in the ice. Usually we're damn drunk. After this, we usually fight without clothes. By the way, we drink Koskenkorva (40 vol), we do not drink vodka. Russians drink vodka not Finns.

In Estonia we use the sauna for leisure basically every weekend. It's good to see that at least some Americans get the temperature up to 175 and above! But the missing link always seems to be the steam - the best and most crucial part of a good sauna experience. You have a bucket of hot water in the sauna to throw some on the rocks on the stove every now and then for an extra HEAT WAVE

@NeroKoso3 жыл бұрын
@@00utofcpt I think quite normal sauna is 90-100 celcius. But I have few friends that goes for 120 celcius, but I think that is little bit too much. I think their purpose is to get quick sauna instead of longer one. During the winter, people will take that sauna and then roll in snow, or jump in icey lake or sea.
@NeroKoso3 жыл бұрын
@@00utofcpt My neighbor has that. She says that hot doesnt fit for her. She takes cold shower after sauna. And that makes it better. If she ends up with sauna and hot/warm shower, next day will be more painful than without sauna. I think sauna is okay, but you have to end with cold. Which is weird because you said that cold causes it. Sauna does have many benefits, and every human body is different. So you probably have to test it out, which water temp is best after sauna.

Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else awas at hand?... The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin's thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt! If...if…We didn't love freedom enough. And even more - we had no awareness of the real situation.... We purely and simply deserved everything that happened afterward.” ― Aleksandr I. In 1933 Hitler appointed Hermann Goring Minister of the Interior. His first orders were to defund and eliminate police departments so that they would not interfere with his Brown Shirts whose mission it was to riot, burn, beat up and kill citizens in an effort to sway the elections.

Deadlifting definitely isn’t the best for building muscle but... it’s fun to see how strong I am

Juji, I am inpressed with both yours and Toms achievements. Thank you for the inspiration. I am a little worried about your health in terms of heart kidney function, lipid profile , etc. It would be nice to give your faithful audience some stats on those in a sevy serious video, if you havent already, so I can sleep in peace. Love from Bulgaria !

Nick’s Strength and Power mentioned you and Tom in a video recently! He wishes Tom well and loves the progress you’re making with your physique. Also he is so damn close to 1 million subs, please give him a shoutout he damn sure deserves it. Much love tho and keep it up!

I've watched so many videos for years of the tom and juji duo, silently laughed, and realized I had to say: Tom's humor, I fckn digg!

Tom , you look great bro. It happens like that sometimes when we go all out and lose a lot at once it keeps going even when trying to gain weight back . This happened to me last year , same thing . It’s almost like you started with a clean slate now and build how you want . Seriously though I noticed I felt a lot lighter when jumping and could run like the wind . I was passing up running dogs 🐕😂

I've been doing tension bike HIIT workouts in a 130 degree sauna 3-5 times a week for about a month now. Definitely a game changer.

I don't know if it was a goof in audio, but I'm really liking the muffled outro music either way. Nice touch!

You look good Tom! You know your head looks like it's bigger in a out of proportion way to your body type at certain angles. lol

It's cute how high pitched Tom's voice got. Like he was so excited he channeled his inner vocal artists. 😌😁

I found this channel by watching Magnus' videos, and although I'm a petite 125 pound dude and couldn't care less about getting jacked, this has become my favorite youtube channel. Both Juji and Tom are hilarious, the videos are well made, and I've learned a lot of interesting stuff. I also didn't realize that they both had acrobatic backgrounds until I googled deeper. I've always fancied myself a ninja, but was unaware that there were muscle-ninjas living among us. You guys are living life the way it should be lived, and I find it very inspirational. Thanks.
