All I do to grow my legs is just do tom Platz workout i live by it I am 19 and have 30.5 inch legs ok Pretty tall I think it’s okay lol

Sir Juji, you have wonderful physique, waiting for your debut on stage, you will do amazing at stage, I can't say your legs are trash but your outer quad swipe has very high insertion so, I must say you put more focus on only outer quad area. So exited to see you on stage, love from 🇮🇳India.

@@tastefulmemer4082 Hi man, i guess it depends on what kind of equipment you have at your disposal. If you haven't got any, there's plenty of great bodyweight workouts out there, or you can even make one on your own by putting together exercises. I recommend Athlean X and the Buff Dudes for that, very high quality information. You really don't have to spend anything if you don't want to. If you've got a pair of dumbbels at home, i can totally send you a great dummbbel plan for beginners. Lemme know if you're interested, id probably send it by email.

I can relate to groin injuries Tom. I had a bad one when I crashed on my mtn bike. Sprained my hip flexor and strained my groin. Could not lay on my side for a solid week and couldn't get into a car comfortably for 3 weeks.

your butt is constantly lifting on the hamstring curls which messes up the isolation part on the hamstrings. try messing around with it to get more hamstring activation.

Juji, please do deficit RDLs. With your flexibility it would be amazing for you. I usually stand on a 45lbs bumper plate and go all the way to the ground. Then i get off the plate and keep going as a mechanical dropset.

Hey guys, love the videos. I am looking for some advice. I just finished a 1rm flat bench. 220 and hit 390 today. I am recovering from a ruptured achilles a few months back doing Taekwondo with my children. (Epic Fail trying to be the cool dad). I am not sure where I could look for new goals and inspiration. Juji, in my opinion you can remove your shoulder day in the benefit of your arms, or chest too. Keep the rear delt of course, but i really think that your shoulders are almost too big, and take the lead over your chest and arms. Or you can cycle your routine 1 day sooner if you remove the shoulder day, to gain some time for your preparation, I'll do that if I were you.

Barbell hacks squats (behind the back deadlifts) work great for the posterior chain, too. Especially the top half of the movement. You could do it in the rack and focus on the 'mind muscle' connection for hams/glutes. Step-up lunges, too BUT step heel-first onto your platform, then push off with your heel back to standing (don't step other leg up to the platform - just on, then off). Get your butt below the platform level if you can for max stretch. If you have a good powerlifting band and are short you can step on it, put the other end behind your neck and do good mornings, too.

I stopped deadlifting 20lbs of ice cream to my face and do calves 14hrs/6days now and IT OWNZZZZ!!!!! Jokin aside, interesting shifts on workouts and looks like it's paying off. Can't wait for the next to see some details too!
