Day one of doing this: My legs burn SOOO much. I can’t even move them that much but I’m happy because the burn proves it’s working. (MAKE SURE TO REPLY TO THIS SO I REMEMBER TO UPDATE)

Good workout, but for leg circles/lateral leg lift can u say if circles are clockwise and anticlockwise on each leg, then same on the other side please.

1st day- I completed the workout..it's very hard for the first time and it burns my muscle legs. I'll let you know for the 2nd day tomorrow.

2nd day- Its a little bit easy for me to do the workout now.. and I see its effectiveness from yesterday...it's good.. I don't feel any pain, so it means I did the right job.😅

Some of your videos have too many rests.. can you do an exercise video where do not stop.. with soo many rests the video is more difficult to finish..well,for me.. but I love your videos just without rests 😅
