Trying this excercise for about 25 days Current natural waist id 27 inch Waist (hip hip) 31 Hip 34 inch And weight 49 kg Day 1: ooh good but still some pain in thigh Day 2: feeling good but did this with other excercise Day 3: feel much better but not too much change Day 4: too much easy and i see change (Like for update)

Today s my first date really saying first one i cant do i got heavy breathe but after that its easy yo do nd 3 nd 5th i cant do bcause i had a problem in my disk so heavy pain in my knee but i love to do it let see how much weight am reducing... Thank you pls upload more
