Haven't played her yet, but looks like a tier 8 Yudachi. Torp monster, but probably dependent on BB-rich games, imagine that against 4 DDs, Cleveland and Shchors

@@FunandGameswithTerry definite torp monster lol. 12km range DW can sink a Bismarck with four salvos (4x4 torps), but yes, very vulnerable to DD and CL. Good for Ambushing BBs!

Yeah, I've one-shot Bismarcks in the Yudachi, although the torp reload will only load one launcher, so you get a three-burst, still enough.

Gremy has longer torp range and better guns, stealth torps with Anshan are tricky. But yeah, very similar. Fushun is still the best Gnevy imo.

I actually haven't reviewed Lyon yet, I'm still at Normandie on the French line. I'll get to that though, I hated Bretagne, and Normandie is a bit meh, but I'm keen to get to the higher tiers.

@@Shadow-sq2yj That's where I'm at in the German battleship line. The Gneisenau is positively awful, with it's 6 inaccurate main guns. You can set it up for secondaries that have a 7km range, and it's got torps. But I just gave up and rage-sold it after grinding it for 75,000xp. I hear the Bismarck's guns are equally inaccurate, so nope! Not interested! Kinda the same with the American BB line. I've had a Colorado for a few months, but I've been unwilling to waste precious blueprints upgrading it past lev2. It's just SO freaking slow!

@@HighlanderNorth1 get close using islands. Avoid DDs and punch cruisers and less armoured BBs (IJN, french).

@@shp27493 I am hoping NO ONE listens to your strategy, because the Japanese and French lines are the battleships I play the most! Those are the lines I didn't avoid! I started out primarily playing cruisers(80-90% of the time), and battleships, but to a lesser degree(10-20%). The cruisers were mostly from the German, French and Russian lines. But then I switched to playing battleships almost exclusively for 7+ months! Now that I've gotten better, and now that ive taken every BB line to between lev 7-9, I'm back to playing cruisers 80% of the time. I've FINALLY taken the American cruiser lines past tier 5&6 in the past couple months, and realized that I like BOTH of those lines better than pretty much all the other cruiser lines. I'd absolutely love the Shchors and Chapayev, if the damn things could steer faster than a tier 7 battleship! But they can't, so I rage-sold the Chapayev after being pounded into nonexistence one too many times because its just not nimble enough to avoid deletion... 🚫😠👎

when you see the torp planes approaching you put the ship in half speed and keep turning towards the torps if you time it right the cv would need to readjust and loose some planes to your team's AA in a game in Z23 the enemy Shokaku kept focusing me and I kept dodging, the dude did only 8k damage meanwhile my teammates wrapped up the battle comfortably

Depends what you like. Personally, I enjoyed the heavy cruiser line most. Also has the advantage of the light cruisers splitting off at tier 6, so you don't have to start from scratch again. The destroyers feel to me like they've been power-crept a little, I prefer the Pan-Asians, which are often USN DDs anyway. The battleships weren't quite my cup of tea, too slow.

Des Moines is one of my favourite ships, but the others are fairly popular as well. Worcester is very dangerous, and you see a lot of BBs around. They're pretty solid, but I prefer getting up close & personal in a battleship.
