Brother i got both the centre and ulnar region. my wrist stays fine for a day or two but the pain keeps coming back and stays for 4-6 days and its been more than 4 months since i am try re habs nothing working....

So it's a continuous? Also u should do light weight excercises of ulnar and center region It will divert some blood flow there Also do some deep massages with finger It will really works Always warm up before u arm wrestle It will prevent pain alot

Bro i was playing against a toproller, though he was weaker he told me to hold and then gave kind off a jerk due to which i got good amount of pain in the pisiform bone(the bone which is visible on ulnar side). Also it looks bigger than that of my left hand. Guide me

Ulnar ke opposite matlb apke thumb ke niche vale wrist vo ho rha hai? Apply Omni gel ya voleny in mid wrist and cover it with from blanket ya kapda for compression/heat therapy and leave it for 30 min to 1 hour Apply ice

Nhi yaar Aisa nhi hai dang se karoge tho matalb ulta pakka arm pura arm 3 mahina mai itna grow ho jayega jitna 12 mahine ke bodybuilding mai nhi hoga Coz arm wrestling mai holding press sab karte hai tho muscles alag type se hit hote hai Also apke joints , tendons sab strong hote hai So I feel app agar ak bodybuilder ho tho atleast every Sunday arm wrestling karni chaiye And week mai bodybuilding ke sath thodi bhout arm wrestling Excercises at the end of your workout

Dekho apne se jyada strong ko harna haina tho fir apko uski weaknes aur fir apni Strength kyaa hai usko dekhna padega Aur agar appki strength uski weaknes ko target karke Smartly hara skte ho tho app haradoge But agar vo weakness pe app target nhi kar paoge tho muskil hoga And kissi ko haran hai tho :- 1. ligaments alag ho gye...bones bhi damage ho skti hai..either do surgery or just increase intake of vitamin b and massage gently on ur wrist
