Where have you been my whole life! I’ve suffered severe wrist pain for an extension of years. Tried it all, with temporary relief at best. Including surgery. I found your video on a night where the pain was at its peak. I’m aware of my wrists when I work out but I guess I pushed a little too hard. Barely able to hold my iPad to type as each wrist had severe pain. 10 min later I finish your video and I did feel relief but not completely and I figured I’d try again the next day. No need. I had zero pain the next day, full range of motion in my wrists (never thought that could be possible especially in my left wrist) have had zero pain since (2 months now) and I’m even comfortable to throw in an occasional push-up etc into my work out mix. You’re a miracle worker. You’ve changed my whole quality of life. Forever grateful 🌸

Hi Gary, This is a quick fix indeed! Thanks a lot for putting up these videos. I was told that I got tendonitis from lifting weights for a long time. My wrist has been bothering me for over 4 months. Recovery was slow even though I completely stopped lifting. Your method reduced the pain dramatically in a couple of weeks. I hope I can get back to lifting soon. I can't thank you enough. The world needs more people like you. Keep up the good work!

+Zac Brown It's been 8 months since I got tendonitis in my wrist. I feel that my improper from while doing the Straight-Bar Bicep Curl and the Clean and Press might be the cause. I've been following Gary's method for the last 4 months or so, and I believe it has helped me recover faster. I am beginning to lift again (only light weights for now) and it doesn't seem to aggravate my wrist. I do the following 3-4 times a week: Step 1: Apply a hot pack on my wrist for 10 minutes. (I do it to get more blood into my forearm and wrist.) Step 2: Press-pull-release and press-hold-move as explained in Gary's video. (I found multiple painful spots on my forearm as well as the back of my hand, and I worked on them one at a time.) Step 3: Light static stretches of the wrist. I hope it helps you.

Just watched both your quick fix videos. I am amazed and I even cried a little. I have been suffering with wrist and hand pain for the last few years due to excessive use (painting, wood finishing, sanding, gardening), assuming it was carpal tunnel and there wasnt much to do about it. After seeing my chiropractor, then doing some investigating, I realized I was probably dealing with tendonitis. I found your videos, and am so thankful! Wow! Bless you! I will be checking out your website.

I have looked on the internet for help and happened to come across your video and started working my forearm whilst watching. An hour later the pain almost completely went away. For the last 3 year's I have not been able to get down in the press up position without having extreme pain but this morning I could. A couple of months ago, I started having some pain in my fingers, thumbs and wrist when i played guitar and it kept getting worse to the point that I almost quit playing. I found these videos and it was unbelievable. It completely fixed the problem almost instantly. I found several sore spots in my forearms and the heal of my hand (at the base of my thumbs). I did what you said (which was fairly painful at first) and the next day, it was like I never had the problem at all. I played for a couple of hours straight with no pain. You are a miracle worker. I've been hit by a car, an excavator, survived a small explosion on the jobsite; nothing came close to the pain I had in my wrist last week. Just flared up out of nowhere. The walk-in sent me to emerg because they were concerned it was an infection. I made all the doctors and surgeons aware I had a work history that strained the joint(s). All tests for infections were neg at hospital. They said no to ultrasound and seemed inclined to put me under the knife to flush "infection." I said no to surg and yes to ultra sound before I made any decisions. Turns out results show tendentious and other related wear and tear symptoms/conditions. Surgery was not the answer. I am so thankful you made this video. Pain relief!!!

I had ulnar side wrist tendon tear which took 2 months to heal but now I'm back in the gym. Also drink turmeric milk, since Turmeric acts as natural anti-inflammatory medication.

I just got done lifting weights tonight and I use to lift almost everyday until the tendinitis came back to haunt me from lifting and driving the Hilo. I got a cortisone shot a couple years back and the pain disappeared for a couple years. The more I kept lifting like dumb bells 100 to 120 and bench pressing 260 the tendinitis came back to haunt me so I fell back from lifting to see the doctors and got 2 cordasone shots from 2 different doctors they couldn't identify the problem. The last doctor did a MRI and x-rays and the guy still couldn't indentify the problem with my wrist. But tonight as I went to googling I remember the doctor that gave me my first cordasone shot diagnosed me with wrist tendinitis and his cordasone shot actually worked for 3 years. These other cordasone shots I got recently didn't work at all. I went to KZfaq and searched "getting rid of wrist tendinitis" found your page and tried it. My wrist start feeling alot better I feel a little less tension like my wrist can breath again. Thankyou much I really appreciate this. This stuff really works I always knew it was a better natural way to get rid of this besides surgery which could possibly mess me up for life. What are some other different ways to eliminate this wrist tendinitis for good? Do you know of any herbs or remedies to fix this?

Hi Gary, Thanks for uploading these videos, I have had a problem with my wrist for about 5 or so years now (on and off), my main issues are when I try to climb on a ledge or get up off the ground or especially pushups. however I can do pushups with my fists without any trouble. bending my hand forward as well as pulling back with a bit of pressure is quite painful only in my right wrist and all of the pain feels like it's in the wrist joint approximately inline with the index finger or between the index and middle finger. Sometimes I can push in the wrist joint with my thumb and bring on the pain, the pain will only last for a max of 10 seconds then it's fine until I do it again. When I roll my hand in a circular motion there's no pain or major discomfort but a bit of cracking sounds going on (like cracking knuckles). I'm 27 and have played quite a lot of computer and PC games when I was a bit younger, so I guess that goes with what you've said in the video about using the mouse, I have done these steps in the video which has revealed some slight tenderness on top of my forearm mainly in the center region but no change yet to the wrist for me atleast. I really hope it's nothing too serious as this will probably affect my chances of getting into the Australian Commandos (which it already has in way because I cant do normal pushups, only with fists) I can do everything else except for the movements mentioned above. I will keep going with these steps that you have shown and get back to you as well as look at your website. Thanks again for what you do and sorry for such a large comment. Regards, Kain.

+Lucy Sky Hi Lucy, I'm glad to hear it helped. If you need a bit deeper release, you might have a friend press their thumbs into your forearm to release the deeper muscles. Or here is a video showing you how to build your own wrist pain relief tool. www.do-it-yourself-joint-pain-relief.com/wrist-pain-relief-tool.html for the deep, deep muscles of your forearm. That was awesome...factory work (the 15 years of weight lifting didn't help likely didn't help) had my right wrist consistently hurting for atleast 3 months now. A few minutes thumbing a pretty tight/tender muscle on the outside gave me a LOT of relief.

Thanks for your quick reply Gary, didn't expect that! My elbow actually doesn't hurt it just won't straighten. I wasn't aware of this until my chiro pointed it out so I believe that tightness plus my forearm tightness is causing my wrist pain. The relief in my wrist is still there from doing the therapy earlier that I learned from your video. What's funny is that for the past few weeks I'd been targeting that area using the Graston technique, ART and electro-stimulation but seeing your video made me go deeper and with more gusto which really helped! Thank you again!
