Neck Exercises
• Iron Neck Drills
Core Exercises
• Bird Dog on BOSU Ball
Plank Series
• Plank with Leg Raise
• Side Plank
• Star Plank
• Hanging Leg Raises
Shoulder Workout
Perform each exercise for 4 sets of 12, 10, 10, 8 reps (dropset with lighter weight for 20 to 25 reps to close). After each set, jump to treadmill for 30 seconds.

@@unknownunknown3692 he’s admitted before that he was on steroids. It wasn’t uncommon for most of the locker room to be on some kind of steroids. Vince himself approved of it because he liked his wrestlers to look as big as possible.

I work in the orthopedic wing of a huge hospital, and I can tell you that cervical surgeries are easily the most dangerous type of orthopedic surgery. It really speaks to this guy's conditioning that he's had two of them and can still do what he does. Some people barely do anything for the rest of their life after a cervical surgery.

100% Edge. Feb 12th 2021 I weighed 301lbs. Today, as of April 16th 2021, I'm down to 254lbs. I did this mostly by counting my calories, eating less than I burn (keeping it below 2000 because I don't burn that much), and avoiding as much processed foods as I can. I'll still enjoy a double bacon cheese burger, which is nice, keeps me sane

Yeah he's a Hall of Famer, 12-time World Champion, multiple time tag Champion, 2-time Royal Rumble winner, he Retired in 2011 from like he said at the beginning of the video, a career-threatening neck injury came back to wrestling after 9 years at the 2020 Royal Rumble. He's back doing the thing that loves most (besides Beth obviously lol) Tore his triceps during a match with Randy Orton at backlash last year 6 months later came back at the Royal Rumble and won it and went on to main event night 2 of Wrestlemania 37 inside Raymond James Stadium against two of the best current talents in the company in Roman Reigns (their top Heel right now) and the leader of the yes movement himself, a man who was once called a dragon from America, one of the most influential talents from the 00s outside of John Cena, Randy Orton, CM Punk and obviously Edge. The one and only, Daniel Bryan in a triple threat match for the Universal Title.

Amazing! I really felt this workout the next day. However, I realized that you need to adjust your diet, because exercising alone is not enough for weight loss. I ended up getting personalized diet plan from site called dietarize. They even provide home workout plan, but some exercises are really hard to do. Still, I made a decent progress. Happy exercising to all of you!
