To be honest I know Merkamo Family long long time and they are traditionally "super cultured" with this authentic "kitfo" ...the family strived so much and when I watch this clip...I felt so much happy for their reinnaissance...but the reality is that how all these crafts of kitfo tradition being aligned to our regular norm of appetite. One thing for sure, I recommend Merkamo for catering and special occasions...you will be enchanted with the overall quality...taste and value. Find one specialty and search for more specialities!!
