Hey, I love your videos so don't want to be a debbie downer, but between losing personal allowance allocation after £100k and NI contributions, to take home 8k post deductions would need to be closer to 160k net, without considering pension (I'm not sure if self employed is different compared to PAYE). The salary calculator has a good "Required Salary Calculator" resource though 😊

Hi Yasmine 👋 Here watching and listening while I work through projects 😊 What a great idea to plan based on where you want to be 😅 I have car insurance under bills, your budget is still very reasonable considering it’s not far from mine with two incomes and one is retired and my salary is only 70k year 19:19

Ahh thank you!! I have an office space now :) sharing with an Artist, just needed some separation and can also now get creative with making more space at home for a possible third bedroom! x

I love this idea 👌🏻 we all say I would love to do xyz if I had the money. I am going to do this so I know what my idea life would cost rather than wondering if I could ever afford it. Something to aim for. You can do this 🫶🏻
