It's incredible how fast these guys setup their Japanese street food stall Yatai in Fukuoka. They do it all in just 20 minutes! Fully assembled! This Yatai is a new one called “Babon”
The owner had an experience that he was working aboard. He is a very active person.
If there is something he is interested in abroad , he just takes his bag packs and goes there. He has already visited over 30 different countries. When he was there, he learned a variety of local food, so he wants to bring them back to Japan

今回ご紹介するのは、福岡市博多区にある屋台屋さん、「Bajon」。
大将は、行動力のある方で、何か興味の物があればすぐにバックパックを一つに世界を飛び回る。これまで訪れた国は３０か国にも登る。

屋台文化を次世代に引き継ぐには、若い世代の参入と若い客を引きつけるメニューが必要と思う。にしても電源や水道とかのインフラがちゃんとしててすごくいいですね。

I really enjoy your videos. Too bad this kind of service is not done here in North America. There are hand carts that sell hot dogs and ice cream (in summer), and there's food trucks (literally) but nothing like this. The food always looks so good.

The blame falls on the prudes who don't understand hygiene or restaraunts. They dictated that street food was somehow more unsanitary than food served in restaraunts, which is totally wrong if you've actually worked in either and seen how they both function.

Oh boy. That bottle from Ibiza could be a herbero variety of that isle? I only knew the Mariola herbero (a mountain zone in the Valencian Community, in eastern Spain) and that is bottled magic. As we call it: "llagrimetes de la serra de Mariola"/ teardrops from Mariola's mountain range

Most of them start set up around 5pm, and open around 6pm/6:30pm, but there are no real fixed times for that and every stall does it differently.
