At 0:39 "Fear-based emotions stimulate the release of toxic chemicals". This is the same for animals, isn't it? This made me think of the animals that are brought to the slaughterhouse who sense their imminent death. This is no doubt why in the Yoga tradition meat is avoided. After years of martial arts and yoga I am just beginning my Tai Chi journey and I realize there are similar traditions and beliefs regarding meat-eating as well in the Ancient Art of Tai Chi. It is a minefield I realize (meat vs non-meat) but I digress... Thank you for sharing, this is what I was looking for! ☯

My Kung Fu instructor taught us the sounds to build the pressure points. I thought he was a little nuts 😋, but he knew what he was doing. In 2013' our daughter came across " Why do cats purr? " And discovered that they proved it science that the purring of a cat builds bones. Do the chants of the Shao LIn monks make bone stronger?

Just come across this video. Love it. It would be very helpful to have a video actually making the vibrational sounds real time together with you. I now understand the sounds should be done 3 times in a long breath. Is there such a video? 🙏🏾❤️

@@Ymaa_Publication_Center Hi I purchased the streaming video this morning and followed it but have a few questions. At times you say look left to right and at times right to left. Is this intentional because it matters or does not matter whether we start by looking left to right or right to left? Second question is do we place our hands close to the organ (energy field) or do we place our hands on the body where the organ is located? Third question is when we look up at the hands can our eyes be closed or do they need to be open? Could you please clarify. Thanks in advance.
@Ymaa_Publication_Center2 жыл бұрын
@@tapasvini Each of these finer points is up to you. Following video, you can go left when the teacher goes right, as long as you understand the purpose of the movement. it doesn't matter. Alternate, hands on and hands in energy field only. Eyes open or closed is fine. Thank you for thinking so deeply about it.

Can you explain to me why i looked at 5 different videos online. Some by people such as youself and master mantak chia a well known taoist master and you all have different ways of doing the sounds and they all sound different. i saw a couple other asian master type guys on youtube as well doing it with shu sound for the liver and mantak chia says shhhhhh. some of the sound where not even similiar at all. so if this is a ancient practise that u would think people would all know the same sound as we all have the same organs and emotions. this makes me think they are just making it up in their heads cause they can all be different sounds. what are your thoughts on this? i wish i could ask mantak chia as hes a master but his website some lower chronie will probably answer and not him himself as hes so popular.

QUESTION: WHO INTRODUCED THE HEALING SOUND FOR EACH INTERNAL ORGAN? WHY IS THE LUNG SSSSS. THE HEART HAAAAA. SO ON AND SO FORTH? HOW DID :THEY" COME UP WITH THESE SPECIFIC SOUNDS FOR HEALING? DOES IT HAVE TO DO WITH VIBRATION AND FREQUENCIES OF EACH ORGAN? HOW ARE COLORS ASSIGNED? THE ROUTINE WORKS. I AM CURIOUS THE HISTORY AND THE MAKING OF THE SOUNDS?
