This is a 20 minute yoga detox for overall health. Yoga detox is about incorporating twists and bends to help massage the inner organs to release toxins within the body, improve flexibility and strength.
This Yoga class is ideal for those with basic knowledge of the foundation yoga poses and movements.
We will be using 1 yoga block but if you don't have one feel free to use a few books stacked together.

I’m finally over the rona virus! Can’t wait to get back into my routine! Especially yoga! Wasn’t able to do much at all, & nothing at all most of my sick days. It took every bit of energy out of me. I’m just glad it’s over & I didn’t wind up in the hospital even though I did get secondary pneumonia. It could’ve been much worse! I’m thankful I’m healing! For those wondering: Day 1-5 was nothing more than a bad sinus infection. About day 5 I lost sense of smell/taste completely. Day 5 The rough part hit me like a ton of bricks to the chest! Body aches, sore throat, ear aches, headaches, nausea, diarrhea, extreme fatigue, cough, shortness of breath, chest pain/pressure hit me hard. I continued to feel this way for the next 6 days. Needed an inhaler to breath & nebulizer. Blood O2 levels dropped to 90. Today everything is healing but shortness of breath remains. Taste & smell is back! This virus hits everyone differently! Others I know had a worse time, & some weren’t sick at all besides a little sinus infection. Don’t worry/panic & just be there for one another! Some will need caregivers & some will not. Do what you can for your neighbors. We will get through this together! Important tips! Please practice deep breathing exercises daily! Sick or not! This will help strengthen your lungs. Keep green tea around & drink plenty of water. You’ll want fresh lemon for your tea/whiskey, & local honey. Keep cough drops handy, essential oils like eucalyptus & peppermint, & vicks vapor rub. Take a daily multivitamin & immune strengthening supplements. Practice yoga & meditation with your deep breathing exercises. Sorry this is so long! Just trying to help ppl prepare & not panic. Most of us will heal. May be a rough ride for some but most will recover. Love & Light! Namaste 🙏

Love your videos! Such a calming voice and the perfect speed of movement. I’ve got issues with grounding my feed during upside dog and the pose at 0:12 do you have an idea how I can ground and balance better during these poses?
