I only got into yoga 2 weeks ago when I discovered your channel and it's been LIFE CHANGING so far as for the past 3 years I've been in pain almost daily due to stress and various other issues. Thank you so much for making these videos. I love the piano tune that is playing in the background in some of your videos, its so relaxing. Would also love to hear some more relaxing piano tunes/nature sounds. I'd also like to request if you could please make a challenge series/video on reducing belly fat. I'm now 28 and have had a belly due to hormones, stress and gluten since year 7. I really want to get rid of it as it has affected my confidence and self esteem all this time :'(

I'm so happy you're enjoying the classes and that they resonate with you, Salma! I unfortunately don't create classes for weight loss. Yoga is great when paired with a regular workout routine. I recommend finding a trainer or fitness coach as they will be able to help you more than i can with just solely yoga classes.
