Hey, ya'll! Today's video is YOGA FOR BEGINNERS & it's about a 30-minute long practice. During this video, we are doing fairly simple poses that should be doable for most. I tried to explain the poses thoroughly throughout the practice so you could get a good idea of how to get into each one. Thank your for sharing. I haven’t been able to do Yoga for the past 4 years due to some health issues. I’m blessed to say that I’m able to start back. I will start slow and this instructional video was perfect. Thank you, again!

Sometimes you have to regress to progress so I like doing some beginners classes too. I love the sphinx pose but this is the first time that I think I did it correctly thanks to your instructions. You had me engage my body in a way I never did before in that pose.

Such a great video! Exactly what I needed for today!! I did your stress relief yoga first and felt like a great way to pair these two. My body feels more relaxed and ready to go on with my day.

This was amazing, so so so so happy to have been referred to you by a friend, and that you are a black woman like me, yay! Thank you so much, although I am not new to yoga I have not been on my mat in a while but have been exercising daily, and this was exactly what I needed to get back on my mat. I look forward to more of your practices. A question please, in getting back on track, in your opinion, how often should I do this particular video or is it fine to move on to your other videos?

So glad you're here! I would say feel it out & listen to your body. If you feel like this is easy enough, feel free to move on to something more difficult. Just be careful & ALWAYS listen to your body & work within your own comfort.
