This is by far my favourite yoga sequence ever, gentle and doesn’t take a lot of movement (most of the stretches are in seated position) but it stretches your body in areas you didn’t even know needed stretching. Thank you

My cycle is beginning, and I’m extra tight today. Was looking for something slower, with no inversions. This was perfect for today’s practice, and the music was just what I like, and at a perfect volume. New subscriber here. ❤️

These are by far the most easiest and comfortable yoga postures especially doing through the first two or three days during my period, the background music and language also go awesome and really soothing, although most of the postures are in sitting position, it covers almost all for a relaxing and painless periodic week.

I'm happy to watch this video. I saw some that were over half an hour and some that were 15 minutes neither of those seem right. This one at 20 minutes sounds perfect. I'm excited to do it! #goldilocks 😅

6/Jan/22 : Thank you for this sequence. I enjoyed it and was actually hoping it would move a little more slowly for more yin style longer holds and more reps actually. The seated pigeon was a little difficult for me because I couldnt keep my back upright for some reason even in just first variation. Maybe I needed to keep my feet a little further out or something. Anyway, thanks again, will be checking out your udemy courses as well.

It would be nice if you showed more modifications for hip openers in the beginning especially- I am nowhere close to being able to cross my leg over my other and didn't know what to do there and found myself frustrated

The most important thing about doing yoga on your period is that all the ancient Yogi says you don’t do the practises, you don’t do yoga on your period that is the actual ancient practice however just don’t do inversions because the blood must flow out not back in peace and love
