I’m 69 & I have been doing your 10 min standing yoga every morning for 3 months. When I started I couldn’t stand up on top toes or bend over now after 3 months I can do both with ease. Thank you 🙏 your an excellent yoga instructor.

They say it takes 21days to form a habit and I have done this flow every day. I can now hold the tree pose for 4 solid seconds at my ankle, when I first started I could not even do a nano second.

This was great, I love standing practices,. Great to see a teacher just wearing normal clothes for a practice. A good reminder that yoga is accessible, and we don't need special gear or many props!

this is the kind of stretching exercise I was looking for for my breaks during online class because my back is in a lot of pain within an hour of only sitting. Appreciate this much!

It was so thrilling to see her in regular clothes and stretching/yoga. It just sends the message home that all you need is the clothes that you are comfortable in, clothes that will work for the situation. it doesn't have to be some fancy expensive yoga clothes. This stretch did my body good. Thank you Uliana!

Thanks Uliana for this short simple set; i keep traveling and staying in my carpet-less rooms and it’s good to be able to start a day with a bit of yoga. I smiled to myself when i noticed you were wearing jeans: it’s refreshing to see variations on ‘typical yoga clothes’. And, i am sure i am not the first one to say this… love your accent. Hello. I suffer with fibromyalgia and these stretches are essential for me so that I don’t completely stiffen up. It’s very easy not to do the excercises when I am in a lot of pain but I am able to follow along with you gently. Thank you for these videos. 😊

Thank you for posting something so beginner-friendly. It's discouraging when I start a yoga video supposedly for beginners and can't do half the poses. I get back pain with some of the poses on the floor, so standing works best for me. Thanks again!

I've been sampling a variety of short exercise videos lately, to see what I like and what works best for me. There are several I find myself coming back to somewhat regularly. I think this is my fourth or fifth watch of this one. 😊👍

Thank you for this video. I'm suffering from Lupus and trying to lose weight from all the medications I take. Heavy workouts doesn't work for me because of muscle pain and joint pains and it's really killing me mentally so now I'm trying to start my yoga journey. This video is really easy to follow and especially right now that I still don't have a yoga mat. Thank you so much and hope you continue to make simple yoga practices 🥰
