Do not change as long as the exercises are effective for you. You can change when you feel that on the second day after the exercises there is no pain in the muscle that you exercised.

As a 45 year old man who's been working out and lifting for the past 10 years my advice is don't follow this micky mouse garbage, check out Ryan Humistan and Doctor Mike they'll have much better ideas for you to try out.
