Two European friends and their three kids spend 11 days on a canoe trip down the Yukon River from Whitehorse to Carmacks (300 km) and subsequently visit Dawson before spending some more time in and around Whitehorse on a 3-week summer vacation trip in 2017.

The adventure was filmed with two GoPro Hero 4 action cameras, a Feiyu Tech Gimbal for GoPro was used for stabilization. Still footage was shot with various cameras, e.g. Panasonic Lumix FZ1000, drone footage shot with a DJI Mavic Pro and plenty of batteries for the time spent off the grid. Polarizing filters used on all equipment.
Authoring into one piece with Blackmagic DaVinci Resolve 14 (and beta versions) in about two months ...
