八角粉2g

肉桂粉2g
豆蔻粉1g
黑胡椒2g
南乳醬1湯匙
柱侯醬1大茶匙
甜醬1大茶匙
蠔油1茶匙
紹酒1茶匙
老抽1茶匙
生抽1茶匙
糖2茶匙
脆皮水：
浙醋2湯匙
米醋3湯匙
米酒1湯匙
麥芽糖1大茶匙
