I really like Gabriel's calm and fundamental way of explaining. Also the explanation on how Uke can help Tori with his technique is a really nice addition. Thank you very much :-*

Could be. That’s why I said double check me. The IBJJF changes (stupid) rules all the time. Make sure to ask at a rules meeting or a credible ref. 👍🏻
