ZX4RR Slip On - Too Loud ???

The ZX-4RR has an amazing inline 4 ICE that revs to a stratospheric fifteen thousand rpm , sadly you can't hear it over the wind. Well folks, you can hear it now, but is the Yoshimura AT2 slip on exhaust too dang loud for the street?

For all of the nerds out there, 106db peak at 8k rpm is 4X louder than the factory exhaust. The difference is nothing short of shocking.🤣

Woah... It's loud. 90db at Idle. It does sound proper. Side note. I use Original Bike Spirits as well. Great stuff.

Ugg I meant to say Bike Spirits but I sort of call all of it Bike Bright for reasons unknown. I don't like to use it on the body work cause it's super harsh, but it will take off stubborn stuff.

I have the same bike and exhaust. Way to loud for me, gave me a headache. I bought the k20 baffle and its perfect for me.

I just put the same baffle in today ,cut out a bit of the bass and I swear the bike runs better with the baffle

I have the 2024 zx4rr anniversary with the yoshimura at2. I loved the deep sound but just way too loud! I ended up installing the 27k insert. It's now tolerable but lost some of the deep bass sound.
