do you recommend getting separate patents if an invention features multiple somewhat separable innovations? or is it better to have it all in one? from what I can tell companies like to patent as many little things as they can

Iam unsure about trusting companies like yours to work with like Invent help which I had to go to court for breitch of contract.But I want to get to my invention out there that I had for about 8 years. Looking to slowly get back into it.

Hello Stephen, thank you for sharing your valuable insights. While I appreciate the knowledge you share, I have a different perspective on the concept of minimum guarantees in licensing agreements. Personally, I believe that compensation should be directly tied to the licensee's success. If they make money from the venture, then I should rightfully earn from that success. If they do not profit, I accept that as part of the inherent business risk. This approach, in my view, aligns with principles of fairness and ethical business practice. I'm interested to hear your thoughts on this perspective!

I might not be able to enter, i'm going out of town this week and won't be back until almost the deadline. But, in the video, should we show what the product/idea is? If so, then what about any potential NDA's and such? Or, any particular structure/format that the video should follow?

-I have 5 electrical patents on electrical receptacles and switches. -I have models. -I have a working prototype. -I need contacts at medium sized electrical manufacturers to try to license my devices. Will you be at the invention convention in California July 25 ?

This is exactly the video I need to be watching. It is crazy when I contemplate why I am not reaching out to potential licensees more aggressively. Some strange psychology going on there and hate to say I may have a fear of success. I legitimize putting it off by creating other "more important" things to do but in reality its just an excuse. Marc thanks for pointing out how fear can stop us and thanks for pointing out how that fear is unfounded. Whatever self imposed issue(s) are delaying my doing the work to get my products on the shelf the first step is to recognize the problem and then find a way to overcome it. I have too many great ideas to bring to the world to let a mindset stop me. I think Stephen explained the issue people face very well and it is great that inventRight is out there helping people to overcome these challenges and achieve their dreams!!
