Hi, I do have a question for the abandoned cart flow, for the section when it shows the product left in your cart. How can i make this section stay white? because on mobile it will be black and on desktop it will be white. Is there a way to stay the same color for it to not ruin my design. Also for the color of the link text I made it gold but on mobile it appear like a horrible green. ty

Unfortunately, there's not a good way to make these sections stay white. Instead, I'd recommend just doing your best to make it look nice. Or, you can take out all the image slices so it's all black in dark mode. We always use blue link text, since most people are used to that color. Dark mode automatically reverses the colors... so I'd steer clear of the gold links if they look bad in dark mode.

Hey Erik! We just use “has clicked an email in the past X days” and keep lowering X until we get the click rates we’re looking for

Glad to hear they are useful! I like to send campaigns asking customers what questions they have about the products, that way we can answer them (and put those Q&As into our next emails). For example, we've worked with a skincare brand where we ask customers to reply with their skin type and issues they're dealing with, that way we can recommend a routine and products that would be best for them.
