4:50 That is one of the best feeling. I was a full time sailing Athlete. At my 2nd year (16~17 years old) I felt really burn out. 2018 Asians Games was around the corner. I trained really hard. But during the selections It got so bad that I just don't want to go outside. I was playing games almost all day except for school. I had no life beside Sail Training for 4 years. Can't make times to hang out with any friends or classmates. The only time I got to spend time with people around me was at school which isn't a lot. Since my sport program I can only go school on Monday & Friday (Half day) ; Wednesday (Full day) . Any other times I had was training on water/ gym/ public transpot. This burn out stayed with me for almost a year until I was late 17 and HAVE TO change class due to over age and under weight for the next boat (bigger sail). I changed class and started double-handed I found fun again. But luck went out. My last overseas regatta was 2020 in AUS We kept out title as Athlete but we can't go overseas. 2022 I quit (I gradurate 8 years as secondary student) I love sailing but I hate how I become an athlete and lost all my time in my teen

This video is do relatable! I also experienced the same with digital art…I was kinda done with it for a while and still kinda am a little bit. I thought that I was just burned out from drawing but when I drew traditional art, it was really fun! It took me a few years to start making digital art again, but I think even now I still prefer traditional art because it just feels so much more relaxing.
