Military arms channel says it's not for him due to no firing pin block, no decocker. Instead he carries CZ75 P01 compact with a trigger job.

I purchased my 938 about 2 years ago. it was the LEGION model. it was a definite improvement from yours. it cams with 3 magazines holding 7 rounds each, it had a g10 grips, Anextension at the bottom of the grips that would have taken care of your pinky. it is a MICRO pistol. I have put hundreds of rounds down range and have NEVER had a an issue with ammo, stovepipe, etc, etc , etc...... .you should have looked at the legion version.my pistol was a little over 700$ bucks....well worth It

My question as a hunter when you shoot an animal you don't feel recoil if your using this In Self defense situation are you gonna feel the recoil with that adrenaline rush?

I have a 510 but its very challenging to conceal in appendix carry because of the grip. It prints big time unless i angle it perfect and then im constantly adjusting it. For me its not practical as an edc. By comparison my edc is a Beretta M9A4 and it conceals just fine. The 510 is a great pistol but its a trail gun for me. I just wish 10mm ammo was cheaper so i could shoot it more!

I purchased this holster and returned it. It is difficult to unholster the weapon. Overall good idea but not so good performance.

I believe this gun would carry nicely in a shoulder rig like a Galco Jackass which places the gun at a slight angle since its designed for full length frame pistols. You may have to go through their custom shop to get a good fit because they manufacture that rig for the 1911 but I am sure they can adapt it to this.

LCP-only as a backup to a backup for me....380 hp does not expand-only underwood performs somewhat decently. 38 special is as small as I wanna go as a primary carry gun.

This came out two years ago, but just showed up in my feed. A couple of comments anyway. I agree with your sentiment that 'shoot what you feel comfortable with.' A whole lot of people cringe at the very thought of a 1911 in .45, yet that's my EDC (at least when I was carrying every day). I was a Range Safety Officer for a while, and we had prison guards who would come out once a month or so to shoot. They'd shoot 9mm, and this one girl couldn't hit a target at 15 yards to save her life with a 9. She was anticipating and hitting the ground up to 15 yards in front of the target. So, a .22LR, for people who aren't comfortable with anything bigger is a good choice. The next comment is on optics. My 1911 has a laser grip (came that way from Kimber), and for defensive shooting, I'm using the laser to aim with. I can see the laser, especially in a darker situation, very easily and I don't need a sight picture. Dot on target and shoot. So, in a defensive carry situation, I'd want a small laser for the front rail. Laser Max has both red and green lasers (mine is red, I'd go green if buying new) that mount to the rail. Obviously, I'd want a holster that supports that, but if I could find one. But, I would want a laser (that is reliable) over sights, for night time, dark area use, as well as the ability to put it on target quicker. Also, a red or green dot on someone's chest is a stark reminder that you're 'on target' and 'an attention getter.'

Really like my P17. It is a light and fun pistol, and its small enough that myself or my wife could easily carry it while out on the bikes or running. Mine didn't like Herter's .22 LR. Had a lot of FtE's with it, but not sure why. Overall I've been happy with my Keltech purchases. Started with the P17, then bought the PMR30 then the CMR30. All fun and, so far, reliable weapons. Good video.

Just watched you review of the Ruger LCR 38 special. Your evaluation of the firearm was right on. Honest, not exagerated and considerably accurate. I have had over the years a number of pistols,22, 32, 380 and 9 models. Each one having one special benefit, but over all I like the Ruger 38 special LCR. You hit the nail on the head. Keep posting.

Unlike many, I consider it worthless. I bought the P22Q without researching it, but rather based on the reputation of Walther weapons over the decades. Mine refuses to function reliably with Punch 22LR. Which is my required ammo for any 22LR used for self-defense. My other major problem with it is that it cannot be milled to use an optic sight. I see that there is one rear sight replacement for adding a Vortex optic. Apparently a Holosun can’t be used, which would be my strong preference. Bottom line is I would not buy this gun again. I would strongly advise any family member from buying it unless it was a bargain basement price (like under $100).

Since you've shot this already with the Sig ammo, can you tell me if there are any bulges in the brass? Need to know how supported the cartridge is in the chamber, since I reload and have some nice full power ammunition and am always concerned with brass blowing out. Thanks!

I use to own one of these had purchased it on impulse, after I fired the first 8 rounds I knew I made a mistake on this purchase, then I started carrying just to justify the purchase, that didn’t work so I sold after a year, and the reason I disliked it was the trigger.

The Security-9 is the "basic bitch" of the gun world. There is nothing spectacular or exciting about it, but there is nothing wrong with it either. Simply put, it just works and is much cheaper than it's "rivals". You aren't going to impress anyone with it but you are going to have a reliable gun if you decide to get one.

I feel like CZ should've made two versions of that gun. one with the slide stop. Especially If they're not gonna include more capacity. It is a good looking guy, but if I had to choose, I would go with the Beretta APX A 1 carry over this CZ. However, my M&P shield 2.0 offers more rounds than both of those guns with third party accessories

Have it, Love it. Great video. I am guessing, but the problem may be that your grip may be too light. Experienced shooters will sometimes soften their grip to only what is required to maintain control and accuracy. This pistol wants a firm grip, more than what is required for control and accuracy. Hope that makes sense. This was my experience.

I have one of these and it's currently in my pocket. It's very light and using the supplied Ruger holster is very comfortable to the point I forget it's in my front pocket. Ammo....you've had better luck than me. I had to return my first LCP to Ruger twice. It just would not feed ammo....multiple kinds....it was very frustrating. They sent it back saying they tested it and it worked fine. I continued to test with it and had more issues and sent it back. This time, they replaced the entire gun. My new one runs 99% flawlessly thank goodness. I have found that the gun does not like "flat nose" 380 ammo. It has to be round nose and in my experience it has to be "hot" ammo for the gun to run it's best. My target preference is Speer and my carry is Norma 85gr Monolithic Hollow Points (MHP). These are still available online but are no longer being produced by Norma - they've come out with a new HP that I'm yet to try. Luckily for me, when Norma discontinued these, they went on sale everywhere and I purchased a lot of it very cheaply ($7 to $10 a box of 20). I just checked it it's still available online as of June 2024 in decent supply. So, great gun....practice with it as your range to get use to it being a bit snappy and find ammo that you are 99.9% sure will run when you need it to run to save your life.

Out of curiosity, have you looked into replacing the magazines? I personally have had firearms where they have issues with FTF issues and it turned out to be a dud of a magazine out of the box (bad springs).

In order to really make the claim that the barrel is longer, you need to look at or purchase the Sig Sauer P365 XL Spector "Custom Works" model. There is a significant difference in the price and barrel length. The Sig Sauer XL you are talking about in this video is about 600.00 and the barrel is a bit more than the 3,1". That being said-if someone really wanted an upgrade-The "Custom Works" has the barrel difference. I bought the Specter Custom Works" & got luck (That is if you want the gold barrel & Trigger) for1,100.00 out the door. There is a "Specter Custom Works" that is called "Battlefield" which is all black and costs about 1,000 -1,100.00 dollars. These have a barrel of about 3.6". Sure it is 1/2 inch and these guns run smoother. The Custom Works, also have "Lightning cuts". They are not compensators like the Sig Macro claims to have and are still only about 3.1" barrel. You need to spend the extra money on a custon works to notice a big difference. If someone can afford it. I would. Totally great out of the box. Oh Sig even gives you a totally worthless coin to go with it.
