I "copied" Dali's Crucifixion in watercolor can you believe ⁉️ Made detailed sketch and then layered the paint on. One of my first. I'm strictly a beginner and watercolor was the only thing I had. Of course, there were no facial details in that painting. Took me at least two months..

Hi, very impressive your work. What is the name of the technique you are using for painting? I will like to know, thanks.
@oldmasterpaintings5070Ай бұрын
The technique is called 'grisaille'. That means a monochrome, mostly greyish underpainting followed by colour.

Great video! Thank you for posting videos often these days. I have a question. I bought a large amount of pigment, how long can I use it? Is there a storage method to use it for a long time? Please answer me. ☺ ️

@@oldmasterpaintings5070 I’m sorry for asking question often.🥹 Is the oil used in the oil ground kremer linseed varnish (73100)? or if you make and use linseed varnish your self, I’d appreciate it if you could tell me what the recipe is.

Hello. Thank you for posting the video. I have a question. You said you would make black oil yourself, how do you make it? I’d like to know the ratio of linseed oil and Litharge. How much should I boil at what temperature?? I'd appreciate it if you could answer
