The Fnaf movie was honestly perfect for me The main thing I’ve been hoping for for years was for a spring lock scene to be in the movie, and when the close up of them snapping shut played I was freaking out, I’ve never been more extatic for something in my entire life I thought at that point it was basically over, the movie would wrap up, my energy would die down, and I’d go home happy But then the credits played I hadn’t even thought about what song would be used in the credits, so my guard was completely down As soon as I heard the first few seconds of the song I immediately just fell apart When I was 7 I would listen to that song every day, over and over and over My entire childhood just replaying through my head as the song is playing, thinking of all the KZfaq videos, the games, the animations, the theories, the songs, all the drawings I made growing up, all the trailers for the games, the Easter eggs, the teasers, the rumors, the fan games, the books, the toys… I cried like 15 times that day when I got home I just layed down in my bed and cried for like 10 minutes My favorite movie, 100% So glad I grew up with fnaf

You could have spoke more about the mechanism of some of these traps rather than how deserving it was. You said absolutely nothing about the bedroom trap's mechanism for example.

just a thought, could the shotgun hallway had been a part of (drill chair) Jeff's game that had not started yet. also people forget that Tapp and Sing went into the building without a warrant. they went against protocol so the reason that Jeffs game seems unfair could be because Kramer never finished setting it up?

I also think the blood boarding trap shows that John really lives up to his ideology. Telling Carlos not to pull the lever. Taking the majority of the blood on his own face. John didn't want somebody he perceived as innocent to be in any of his traps.

Here r my ideas on how to improve the first movie & review of it After first dream, Mike wakes up in the first night to see Bonnie gone, later Chica disappears too (He'd wake up in 2 or 3 A.M.) After one of dream things, u could see eyes of spirits turn black & black tears (Like in minigames & that bad movie jumpscare) for a short moment before Mike wakes up confused Well, combining night 3 & 4 would feel too rushed, imagine truly seeing these robots up close only to see them building forts later Also during night 4, Mike could tell Vanessa that animatronics smell bad, it's called - FORESHADOWING (for Night 5 plot twist) It'd be cool if in night 2 of fnaf movie, it'd be simular to classic fnaf 1 stuff, but all 4 animatronics would try to hunt down Mike, it'd be like in Onaf - Each hour is harder than it's previous one It'd make sense for it not to happen in night 5, as the animatronics knew what to expect & while Mike's sleeping, Foxy came from left & put him in that torture mechanism & Mike would need to get out It'd show animatronics as smart, like they don't fall for the same stuff & do things differently or smth Scratch that! Freddy is fast & has no hook as one hand, so he should be the one to make Mike to torture device in night 5 Funny, isn't it? All Freddy related bots are the ones which lead to death of 2 people Abby knew & almost killed her brother I wish fnaf movie was actually scary, i don't really understand how William uses drawings to control. That custody sub plot also ended kinda badly. Nobody acknowledges death of Aunt Jane, Mike doesn't even know that he was betrayed by her Now here's not actual review: I found "It's me" refference when during one scene in office where everything was glitching I don't mind William having little screentime. He's supposed to be mysterious villain anyway. Tbh blood not leaking from Spring bonnie suit is kinda realistic. I like how at the end, Matthew made him sound intentionally worse cuz of the pain William endures. His final speech was cheesy but i liked it. I feel like it'd be better if animatronics shoved Spring Bonnie mask on his face, instead of him doing so. But maybe it's connected to William sort of narcissism. William took his pain like a champ & didn't gave pleasure to his previous victims as seeing him suffer. Ngl, William had some sort of charm in this movie I like how animatronics dragged him. It looked cool He also mentioned some owner, which means that Henry might appear in sequel My take is a hot one: I hate game fnaf lore, Henry was introduced too late in the story & i prefer One Night at Flumpty's trilogy anyway (Flumpty is my fav fnaf related character) I hope in sequel we get the reason to why PG killed those kids, like it'd be explained by Henry, no worries, i don't want Henry to just be exposition dump. Ngl, i like pure evil villains In Puss in Boots 2, i prefer Jack Horner over Death I just think that killing kids is a huge deal & we should know why he did that. Also Vanessa being William's daughter makes me interested in their background Ok, William aside I dunno, it's weird to me that whe these filler villains entered pizzeria after Mike left, and it happend after 6 A.M. but Animatronics were still like hostile. But i guess it was some sort of change too. Which makes things even more dangerous (Or was that a thing that William made them do) Overall, i hate all fnaf games aside from 4, HW, SB DLC was mid & i dunno how to feel abt fnaf 1, i had good mood & expectations before watching it & everything was even better than i expected, refferences were great but the actual reasons why i like this movie were characters, how Mike's plot was connected to main story, i like how everything was answered, this movie made me smile a lot while i was watching (I rarely smile) so i hope i wasn't looking weird near some small girl who was sitting near me & saying some lore related stuff to her parents Wen i heard living tombstone song, i started to quietly sing it to myself Overall this movie was like 7/10 I like how devious Spring Bonnie looked with eyebrows in movie intro Major flaw of this movie that it isn't scary. My fav charactet is either Mike or William Tbh i like these presense William had by adding drawings of yellow rabbit. Imagine being a regular guy, seeing these drawings as smth adorable, like his smile looked weird but kids do mistakes while drawing right? But once u find out the twist, u see this sadistic monster, pure evil, sh1thead with his grin. Ngl, William kinda appears randomly, but i liked it... it was unexpected. I liked how his first action trying to mentally f2ck up Mike & just kill him there This movie made me feel tense for character, i felt worried for Abby cuz i thought that Chica would kill her (That suit in which Chica wanted to put her in was some sort of refference abt fnaf book character i never heard of) I felt tense of guy whom was killed by Bonnie, i just imagined how fcked he basically was... i was too when i played fnaf 1 many times as a kid (Couldn't pass night 2 cuz of rabbit) Didn't recognise Mat till i saw comments on internet. This movie had more villains then i expected (Minor villain, now i remember the word) & i don't mind red eyes I don't understand how William was controlling animatronics too. At least Mike was given reason to not quit his job after night 3 I like Cory's cameos Also i like how William's eyes looked before he put on mask for the final time Tbh i like the sounds William was making during springlock scene, like he was hiding his pain from victims cuz of his pride, he looked like he was abt to cry out of pain, but he put himself back together, said the speech & accepted death like a champ Which is one of the reasons why i like his speech I found these comments on internet which i agree with: "I love how he didn't scream or even panic. He knew that would only make the spring locks activate more, so he kinda just accepted his fate instead of screaming and shouting. I think that's one of my favourite details. Also Matthew lillard absolutely slaughtered this role" (I'm not sure if i agree with the last sentence, Matthew was good but not that good. Maybe i should check more scenes of William in movie. I guess that he works. Overall i like the Movie William) "If you think about it, the fact that it's bloodless is a bit more realistic. If you're stabbed, blood doesent pour out of you unless the thing that stabbed you is removed. While there will be some bleeding (as we saw) it'll be a lot less worse than we saw in the minigame. Also, the suit seems to be going one at a time with the springlocks, which is more horrifying that most off them all at once." I might feel like William is my fav character in movie Ngl, "I always come back" seemed kinda forced. But i like the way William said it & he basically wanted to always HAUNT his victims in any way possible Not sure if i said it or not, but i was shocked wen Springlock scene happend Tbh i was a happy person when i walked out of my movie theature Tbh fnaf movie has main flaws: It's hard to understand if u r not a fnaf fan It's not scary And there was no real explaination to how William controlled animatronics & changed their memories That really isn't major issue for me, but i wish there were more scenes where Mike was all alone with animatronics, that was another creep factor of fnaf 1. Like, Vanessa doesn't seem that busy as a cop Edit: here's a smart thing user flarestriker6870 wrote when he saw my ideas "Like that idea where the animatronics are shown as smart and not fall for the same things again. Also noticed that when Bonnie and Chica were blocking the vent to place The Cupcake in the vent while the thieves were inside the pizzeria, I'm guessing they learned that the Previous Nightguard tried to escape using the vent one time(Foxy still caught him though) and wanted to prevent it from happening again." Main & credits themes of movie are bangers

As much as I love this movie I am going to rate it a 7.5/10. I think it was good and the set was amazing. This movie was definitely for the fans which makes sense but I think they should have explained some parts better like why are there 2 Freddy’s or explain springlocks a little better.I enjoyed the story but there are some bad things. Like how the cupcake is super aggressive and how it caused the springlocks to go off. The death scenes were good in my opinion but could have been better. I agree with people saying it was rushed but I don’t think it was super rushed. I do wish that they showed some flashbacks or some news reports but I’m really happy with what we got and I’m thankful that we got this movie. I really hope that of they do make a sequel that they acknowledge some of the criticism and fix some things they could have done better.

Honestly, i really like Public Execution but only for 1 reason, what the hell happened AFTER it, like, HOW DID THEY GET OUT?! Did the cops arrest them for involuntary manslaughter? Were they forced into therapy for killing someone? (i do know that behind the scenes they were gordon's minions at the end of the movie)

Speaking as someone who saw the movie who hasn’t played the games, was it the best movie I’ve ever seen? No. Did it do a decent job for the storyline it built? Yes. I agree with you that the pacing was a little off for me and I would of preferred they’d done something slightly different with the character’s backstory that would’ve made it a bit more linear and flow a bit better than it did. Otherwise it was the goofy type of fun I like in horror/comedy movies. I’m also like you and would’ve preferred a little more gore. Personally, I think for a horror movie I would’ve preferred they based it in the 80s when the kids were disappearing and made the story more about the new security guard having some type of stake in finding the missing kids and it build up to the horror of realizing the bodies are in the animatronics and the kids ghosts have just gone insane in the pain and anger, but that’s just my opinion. I still enjoyed the movie and it definitely made me interested in checking out the games.

@@Hatsune-Miku_Fan Another example of that is the fact that Adam was captured partly because he agreed to do something as shady as stalking people for money. But that's exactly what Jigsaw and his apprentices do whenever they search for their victims! Not to mention that John thinks that killing is distasteful. But there are several instances where players have to kill others in order to win their game. Doctor Gordon had to kill Adam and Zep had to kill an innocent mother and child. Amanda had to kill her cellmate and so on.

I think the traps testing people who shouldn't be tested and being less survivable in the first Saw movie's more justifiable because back then they were still considering John Kramer to be a bad guy and a hypocrite. They weren't trying to paint him in a sympathetic light back then. He was more of a complex villain only because of his twisted behaviour but that was more of just sadism back then. For example, when he made Amanda cut open that guy who wasn't dead actually. Like, obviously one of the two victims isn't surviving that trap, John Kramer's ideology wasn't concrete at that point in the franchise and he was still supposed to be a bad guy rather than an antihero back then so his actions were justified through the lens of sadism. Also proven by the fact he tormented a self-harm victim, not a person who genuinely deserved to suffer a terrible fate, the fact that Zepp and Gordon are not bad guys and the fact that John Kramer had Gordon's family held hostage at gunpoint including his innocent child daughter. When they tried to transition the franchise in a brand new direction in the sequels to make John Kramer more of an antihero fighting for justice in a corrupt world with questionable methods to try to get people to rethink their life's pathways and change their self for the better, his choice of test subjects and the survivability of his trap scenarios are far more important to preventing dissonance between the insistences of the movies and the actual reality we are being presented with that takes us out of the movie, unlike the situations with the traps and deaths concocted by Amanda or Hoffman who decidedly don't care about ensuring survival because Amanda is disillusioned (because, obviously, putting people in traps whereby they have to horribly, permanently, and irreversibly mutilate themselves to survive will ruin their life further due to the disfigurements and disabilities and the psychological trauma and PTSD) and Hoffman is evil and sadistic. After the first Saw movie, every time the sequel movies insist John Kramer is a misunderstood antihero, actually, who has good, or at least mixed intentions and he's just not always going about things in the absolute most perfect best way humanly possible and the movies fail to portray that because of the traps or choice of victims being off when it's his games and not Amanda's or Hoffman's, that's when the dissonance kicks in. It's not that the movies depict these people who don't deserve it or these traps that are clearly impossible to survive it's whenever the victims are supposed to deserve it or the traps aren't supposed to be impossible to survive that's when the contradiction becomes an actual problem. The first movie sidesteps that problem by having John Kramer be a bad guy. He wasn't ill back then or anything, he was just an evil, sadistic dude, tormenting his victims psychologically and forcing them to do horrific things and suffer tremendously and then die which means the safe trap being impossible to survive is justifiable actually. I mean, personally, I think that John Kramer is still evil in the sequels despite what the sequels insist, I still think he's a bad guy who deserves to die for what he has done, nobody deserves to suffer through what those people suffered through no matter what they did, we have the Geneva Convention for a reason even if the US routinely flaunts it on a regular basis. Even the worst person deserves a quick death with as little pain as possible. Sure, in war or self-defence they might slowly die from their wounds but when it comes to execution they have the ability to attempt to bring about a swift death and they should try to do so as much to the best of their abilities as possible. So the traps being not so survivable in the first Saw movie is justifiable because of the different mindset back then more than in future movies when done by John Kramer and when they are done by John Kramer in the future movies and the choice of victim is off or the traps aren't that doable when the movies try to insist they are, that leads to that dissonance that breaks immersion, and those are actual blemishes on the movie at that point unlike in the first movie. That's why the first movie will always be the best one, well among other reasons as well...
