Okay but vice versa, when the customer is polite and respectful; and they are getting told they are upset when they are just trying to acquire certain service and / or results . . It becomes very clear it’s become political

So how does this stack up against Micros or Positouch. I work at a concert venue and we use micros and we honestly are starting to really hate it and I'm excited to use a new system I've never used before. Especially cuz we have handhelds now and that's going to make it so easy

Do you like the new update that just came out? What about their customer service/support in times of need? Any thing you'd improve? Seems like you really like the backend, but have seen some concerns about the new update for the front end usability. +1 here!

I am not fond of the updates. At times they care more about aesthetics than practicality. I agree. Again, our view is that there is no perfect POS out there.. so we work with what we have and stay focused on growing our sales and systems.
