...Steelers are WRONG on Harris... he has earned...and NEEDS to be PAID. This is NOT the Western Pennsylvania way. PAY THE MAN... HE'S EARNED IT. Go from there... Disappointed. We’ve been here before… think L. Bell. It’s a business. Yes he’s been solid but he’s no Bell. Plus we have Jaylen too. Pitt will offer market value, if it works he stays if not he walks. We don’t overpay salaries…unless it’s TJ lol (worth every penny). Same with the duo QB situation. It was all about experience and value. We wouldn’t pay Kirk Cousin or Watson prices for a dice roll. With that said…enjoy Naj while we have him. Cheers to a good season ! Here We Go

Just another Mike Tomlin social work project to rehab another out of control player. How much further does Mike get to destroy the Steelers franchise name? If Mike would instill discipline in his players and make men out of his players instead of emotional train wrecks, we would have 2-3 more SBs. Mike Tomlin is hopeless and nothing will improve with the Steelers until he is gone.

It does come down to consistent/competent QB play (Big Ben included). When you can't count on the QB to make good pre-snap decisions and make good throws on the regular, your offense won't be effective. This is where having Russell will be effective. As a veteran, he has seen it all before so he can keep his composure. He can out-think his opponent, rather than trying to out-physical them (which is a young man's game). That is why Big Ben could not return his team to the SB in the latter part of his career. He was still trying to be Big Ben, rather than Wise Ben.

I watched the 2020 Steeler game against the Titans last night. What a joy to see Big Ben light them up for 21 points in the first hair. The Titan running game was not all that, not in the first half.

Our defense wasn't good in big games last year. We gave up 30 points in big games. Our defensive coordinator is on the clock. I didn't forget about last year.

Any Steelers player speculation that you talking heads hyperventilate over concerning the Steelers is BS. Until Mike Tomlin is gone there will be no substantial performance improvement in the Steelers. This is a smart move. With his size and length it will be hard to throw long over the middle. At line backer and the corners the Steelers have size and length which is needed on today’s defenses.

I definitely disagree about E. Roberts. I say Queen and Wilson will be the guys (if Wilson plays), or Queen and Holcomb, if Holcomb is 100% healthy and back to being himself with strength and speed like he was prior to the injury, and didn't become gun-shy so to speak like Devin Bush did, who was afraid to hit and tackle when he came back from his injury.
