Hi Kenneth, should be possible with a number column. You can see the first column is {ID: Value(Value.ID)}, where the first Value() actually makes sure that the ID field is a number column.

Yes they would need read/write access to SharePoint this way. You could go to dataverse instead and build security that way. Or like you said, yes, you could use Power Automate instead to write to the list using a service account.

Hi Sophie! ChatGPT API is based on consumption. I put 10$ in and dev'd for months and only spent like $2.00. I believe ChatGPT has a new model 4o-mini and the price dropped significantly. AI builder comes with credits with premium Power Apps, once again it's based on credits. So if you have a few users with Power Apps premium you can have a bunch of credits already. If you don't have Power Apps premium at all it does cost extra. There is another way not mentioned I've been testing in Azure Document Intelligence and you can currently do 500 pages for free per month.

Power Apps is mostly for internal use, internal inside your organization. There are ways for external use but not really how Power Apps works.

Hi Sophie, I do not believe the columns can sync with File Explorer view. Although MS Word Docs I do believe if you go to File > Properties you can still find the metadata in the client version on each individual word doc.

Ask in Power Apps has changed to a Power Apps V2 trigger. There are many videos out there on this change, it was just a change by Microsoft

I believe also the only user that needs access to the document template is the account that runs the action Populate the Document Template action in Power Automate. Which is a premium action. This is difficult question because the answer actually is: "It depends".

Should be totally possible! Would def add some complexity, but I see no reason it would not work. You'd have to convert your multi select to a string and then delimit with a comma, then if someone selected other you would replace it. How to do it off the top my head exactly not 100% sure, would have to get in there and start creating it 😆. There would be some differences like is your field a multi select or a single line text on the backend. But then pulling back the options so you could edit would be even harder.

Hi Lokasher, that's a good idea for a video, but what you would do is you would have a textbox that is only visible when other is selected. And when you patch you would write an if statement, if other then write the text input, if you did a submit form, you would do it in the update property of the card, if other then write the text input instead of the selected choice.

@@andrewhess123 I created a Combo-Box with manually entered items which are being saved on SharePoint. I have manually entered the items but for the end user it will be seen as a dropdown option. One of the options are 'Other', Which way do you think will be better for me so that once that is selected a textbox opens below for them to add the response manually?

Hi Hammad! Should work just the same from get attachment content. ChatGPT needs a base64 format where AI Builder did not need it. You could also push an attachment to SharePoint and have SharePoint Syntex run automatically on all documents.
