This more balanced approach for backbends is exactly what I have been thinking about and focusing on just recently- this resonates well with where I am in my practice- thanks for the reassurance that we’re in the same train of thought on the subject. Great ideas, as always! I taught a whole class on sun salutation variations and people really DO LOVE variety! Do you by chance have any tutorials on the "float" back from bakasana to chaturanga? Yours is super smooth, strong and elegant. I know that it's about controlling the shoulder girdle and core (and practice), but if you have any tips/tricks that would be helpful! Thank you.

Good to see these I do some of these and glad to sort of see confirmation of various choices I’ve made over the years. I appreciated the comments about the bakasana to chaturanga-not necessarily advanced transition but more just are you functionally capable of it Twists are another great option to mix it up! 😊
