I'm recently new to Yoga and such sitting poses, they look easy but I can't get my feet to stay on the ground if I do, I can do morethan 30 seconds, does it get better with time, i could use some encouragement from those who didn't grow up doing such poses of flexibility like me

I can't believe this was 33min. I didnt feel the time pass haha. My 1st day is usually very painful. I still feel uncomfortable but it helped. Thank you 🙏🏼

My period has always been irregular, so imma try this and hope for some kind of improvement, I was on pill, but each one that doesnt agree with me but the first one (it came of the shelf at my chemist for some reason) I'll edit if it helps me ❤

Even though the sound cuts off, I still watch, concentrate and continue doing this and part 1 of your pcos and hormonal imbalance videos every day (part 1 on one day and part 2 the next day) i started my period in January then I got my second one in February and it’s now august and it’s been 6 months since I’ve had a period, I know it’s normal in the first year or two, especially because I moved house in April and I used to over exercise and not eat a lot, now everything has changed, I’m in a new house, making my lifestyle right! And I hope this helps me to get regular periods!❤

this was a great medium intensity workout, I feel really good after it thank you so much! If i could maybe recommend doing a workout with no jumping as I have neighbours below me and squeaky floor! Or in your video suggest a move in place of the jumping ones so people can choose.

I'm doing this exercise for hormones and weight loss and i getting to 125lbs i going to be back at and healthier and i eat a mediterranean diet its best a lot of woman eat this way and have smaller legs and leaner so ive been doing that thanks

While doing the pose at 7:00 I'm not able to the whole pose at one go ..my whole hand hurts!! Let me know if u guys same..and give some tips to overcome this

Weakness or lack of mobility maybe the reason :) Also it comes with practice, keep practicing. Stretch before and after,, most importantly lift some weights and do strengthening/strength workouts.. I have so many videos for that:)

I m suffering from pcos becoz of hyperthyroidism...I didn't got my periods at time so...I have been practice ur thyroid and pcos videos exercises...2 day thyroid and another 5 days pcos practice....I hope it gonna help me....ur videos are very enjoying instead of making boring I enjoyed each and every poses....blessed akshaya ❤❤❤❤lots of love..
